Catherine Misigaro

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Catherine leads our startup advisory practice. She is a management consultant with over 6 years of experience working with multiple stakeholders including multinational companies. She has previously worked with Dalberg to support the government build up its industrial sector in a number of agriculture value chains Her workstream at Dalberg focused on entrepreneurship and catalyzing investment opportunities for innovative and traditional sectors. As a Senior Consultant at PwC Tanzania, she analysed transactions and conducted economic research for multiple industries including, mining, banking, telecommunications and agriculture.

Catherine holds a BA degree in Accounting and Business from Wesleyan College.

Theresia Mshana

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Theresia leads our bookkeeping practice and remote CFO services. She has extensive experience in public accounting and the private sector. With a 7 year audit background, she brings insight from work with companies in the food and beverage industry, banking industry, government and NGOs. She also has had the opportunity to hold managerial positions at top global companies including Coca-Cola and Uber bringing world class knowledge and standards to ambitious local startups and established businesses.

Theresia is ACCA and Xero certified. She is also IPSAS and US GAGAS accredited. She has a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance from the University of Dar-es-salaam.
